...also known as “whore’s pasta”, this dish originated in Naples after the local women of easy virtue. whatever, i cannot get over how seriously tasty it is (if you like anchovies, olives and capers, that is)... i could eat this every week.

a french braise of chicken cooked with wine, served with cous cous and arugula salad / the last time gabriel cooked this, we were still living in the east village, and that would be february 2009 / this was one of the best meals i’ve had in a long time / i could not stop “mmm-ing”!
